Does the TecDoc catalogue need an internet connection?
Only to synchronise. Once the data is down, it lives in your local database and every lookup is instant and offline. Your shop keeps selling through an outage.
How does the VIN search work?
Enter or scan the chassis number and iStockPro identifies the vehicle, then filters the catalogue to references that actually fit it — with OE numbers and equivalents shown together.
Will it really keep WooCommerce in sync?
Yes, both ways and immediately. Quantity, price, description and photos update when you save. Sell the last unit at the counter and it comes off the website without you doing anything.
Is it only for auto parts?
That is what it was built for, and the catalogue and VIN features only make sense there. But the stock, sales, purchasing and accounting side runs any retail or wholesale business perfectly well.
Is the trial really free?
14 days with every feature unlocked, no card and no automatic charge. When it expires the software simply waits for a licence key. One trial per business.
What happens to my data when I buy?
It stays exactly where it is. Entering your licence key unlocks the same installation — you do not reinstall and you do not re-enter anything.
Which languages does it support?
The interface is available in French, Arabic and English, including full right-to-left layout, and the number and currency format is set inside the software rather than by Windows.
How do I get my existing stock in?
Import products, customers, suppliers and opening stock from Excel or CSV. On the Réseau plan we do the migration for you.
